Policies

Camps/Individual Workshops: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

Schools/Groups: Cancellations by a school or group within 48 hours of the scheduled program will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations beyond 48 hours will receive a full refund minus the cost of materials purchased or provided.
